Jr Research Fellowi) Candidates should have M.E/ M.TECH Degree from a recognized institute with GATE in any subject.
ii) candidates have M.SC Degree in physics with CSIR-NET Or GATE Qualified from a recognized institute.

Candidates have M.TECH Degree in Nanotechnology or instrumentation or electronics or related areas with GATE.
III) M.SC Degree in Space physics, Physics, space science & technology or related areas from a recognized institute.
iv) Should have M.E/ M.TECH Degree or its equivalent in mechanical Engineering/ chemical engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or its equivalent qualification with GATE Score.
Jr Project Fellowi) candidates should have an M.sc degree in Chemistry or related areas from a recognized institute.
ii) Candidates have B.E/ B.TECH Degree electronics & telecommunication or Instrumentation engineering or power electronics or related areas.
Sr Project FellowI) M.TECH degree in RF & microwave engineering
Sr/ Jr Project FellowCandidates have M.S Degree in Physics / M.SC / Nano science/ material science / nano technology or related areas.
