Academic Qualification :

| Medical officer | i) Holding BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS Degree. ii) must be registered with the Govt recognized Ayush, Unani, Homeo Registration board. |
| Nursing officer | ii) B.SC Nursing degree and must be registered with the Chhattisgarh Nursing registration council |
| Block manager | Graduate with 55% marks or BCA with 55% marks |
| Physiotherapist | Candidates hold B.P.T Degree |
| Nursing officer (NHM | i) B.SC nursing degree or GNM Course from a recognized institute. must be registered with the Chhattisgarh Nursing registration council |
