| I) Candidates should hold Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised University |
| III) Candidates must have 1 year duration shorthand certificate with minimum speed of 80 – 100 W.P.M or 2 year duration Secretariat course with minimum of 6 month duration basic computer course. |
