WBMDFC Scholarship For Eligibility Criteria

  1. This scholarship provides loans for poor and meritorious students.
  2. Students must study from first grade to tenth grade.
  3. Students should study from any board recognized by the state and central government.
  4. Students must get a minimum of 50% marks in the final annual examination.
  5. In case of rural students, the family income should be within Rs. 98,000.
  6. In case of urban students, the annual family income should be within Rs. 120,000.
  7. This is a West Bengal Post Matric Scholarship.
  8. Applicants must be between 16- 32 years of age.
  9. Students studying outside West Bengal will not be able to apply for this scholarship.
  10. Through this scholarship, women from minority groups are trained in various competitive examinations through various programs.

  1. The applicant must first go to the official website of WB MDFC.
  2. Click on Registration on the home page.
  3. WBMD New Registration.
  4. Select the district of the applicant.
  5. Enter the mobile number and email ID.
  6. Save the password to the mobile number.
  7. Fill out the captcha.
  8. Add the applicant’s name, address and guardian’s name.
  9. Make sure you fill out the form correctly.
  10. Submit the form and go ahead.

WBMDFC Scholarship Reward Details

  1. Benefits of West Bengal Term Project.
  2. The applicant has to repay the loan at 6% interest rate of Rs 5 lakh in 3 to 5 years.
  3. This is a West Bengal microfinance.
  4. Rs. 100,000 loan was given to the members of the support group.
  5. Support group members have to repay one year loan at 7% interest.
  6. Women are given small loans at 3% interest.
  7. Education loans are given for studying inside and outside the country.
  8. The applicant has to repay the loan at 3% interest from 6 months after getting the job.
